CDSOA FEDERAL REGISTRY NOTICE 2026
To mail in your completed forms, use certified bonded carrier delivery for mailed applications. (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.). There are two forms, one for Ecuador and one for the remaining countries. Complete both and make three copies. Mail original and two copies to: CBP Revenue Division Attn: CDSOA Team 8899 E. 56th Street Indianapolis, IN 46249
The date of the 2026 Federal Registry Notice is May 26, 2026
The certifications must be received by the agency by July 27, 2026

Everyone is encourgaged to use the CDSOA Certification hosted on Pay.gov. Filers must create a Pay.gov account or log into their existing account to submit the form electronically or the form can be printed and mailed. In addition to filing a timely certification, filers must also ensure they have an up-to-date ACH Enrollment form on file with CBP to receive disbursements via electronic funds transfer. New or updated ACH forms can be submitted via the ACH Enrollment Form also hosted on Pay.gov.
